Apartments Donat are characterized by a modern design with a dose of rustic charm and the carefully selected custom-made furniture makes the apartments perfect for some carefree relaxation.
Choose one of our six accommodation units (for two people) for a pleasant stay in the center of Zadar! All units are air conditioned and feature a fully equipped kitchen with a seating area and a private bathroom with a shower cubicle.

Special care is paid to the cleanliness of the facility, and for easier and faster check-in/check-out we have introduced a 24-hour check-in system.

Although located in the center of the city, Apartments Donat are located in a quiet neighborhood, far enough from the city bustle, yet close enough for you to join it. There are many cafés and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, where you can enjoy your morning coffee in the sun, a delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner. When night falls, head over to Varoš (downtown) or enjoy a walk along Zadar's waterfront promenade.
Thanks to its favorable geographical position and traffic connections, Zadar is an ideal starting point for day trips and discovering the surroundings.

Everything you need is in the vicinity of the facility – supermarket, bakeries, pharmacy, post office, bank and ATMs
The market and fish market are only 400 meters away from the apartments, under the historic ramparts of the Zadar uprisings, where you will be greeted by a wealth of colors, smells and tastes.
Along the main promenade of “Kalelarga” you can also find several clothing and footwear shops, and for larger shopping, there are 2 shopping malls: City Galleria (1.5 km) and Supernova (5 km).
It is impossible to experience the true Mediterranean without its flavors, colors and aromas.
The old town offers a wide selection of top restaurants, picturesque taverns and bistros with local food.
If you decide on a night on the town, Varoš (downtown) has numerous bars and places to hang out until late hours of the night.
Discover the beauties of untouched nature – rocky Paklenica and Northern Velebit, the waterfalls of the Krka River and Plitvica Lakes, the Kornati stone-island labyrinth or the rapids of the Zrmanja River.
If you want to explore the islands, their hidden coves and sandy beaches, hop on board a boat in the city port which is a five minute walk from the apartments.
There are a handful of opportunities for active tourism in the Zadar vicinity and there are also attractions that guarantee an unforgettable experience for the whole family, such as the cowboy city or the largest amusement park in Croatia.
Zadar is like an outdoor museum, and due to their location, Apartments Donat are the best point to start exploring the city because all the sights are within walking distance.
There are as many as 13 museums and two theaters within the city walls (the walls are under the protection of UNESCO).
The waterfront promenade, streets, shops and churches reveal the antiquity of the city at every turn, and a touch of modernity is brought by attractions such as the Sea Organs, stone stairs that create music when in contact with the sea, and the light installation, Greeting to the Sun.
Zadar Airport is about 10 kilometers away, or about a 20 minute drive from Apartments Donat.
They are connected by a bus line, which runs every 30 minutes after the plane lands. The bus stop is located next to the entrance (exit) of the main airport facility. The price of a one-way ticket is 25 kuna (approx. 3 €) with luggage included.
You get off at the last bus stop on Liburnska Obala, by the Lančanih vrata (chained doors). The bus stop is only 230 meters away from Apartments Donat, or about a 3-minute walk.
Pass through “Lančana vrata” (the underpass) then turn slightly to your left onto Trg tri bunara. Enter into Alessandra Paravije Street and after 120 meters turn left onto Fra Donata Fabijanića Street. The destination is on the left side.

If you are coming from the direction of Zagreb, after entering Zadar, follow the D8 road, Zagrebačka Street ...
If you are coming from the direction of Zagreb, after entering Zadar, follow the D8 road, Zagrebačka Street and Ante Starčevića Street to the intersection with Franje Tuđmana Street.
If you are coming from the direction of Split, after entering Zadar, follow the D8 road to the intersection with Ante Starčevića Street. Turn left and continue straight to the intersection with Franje Tuđmana Street.
From this intersection, follow the following route: Franje Tuđmana Street → turn left at Put Murvice → turn right onto Zrinsko Frankopanska Street → Obala kralja Tomislava → turn left onto Lančana vrata Street (the underpass) → Trg tri bunara → make a left onto Božidara Petranovića Street → Street Zadarskog Mira → make a left onto Ivana Tanzlingera Zanottija Street. The apartments are at the end of the street from the right side.
There is a free parking lot next to Apartments Donat, but it is not possible to reserve a parking space. In the event that parking is not available at the time of your arrival, there are several parking locations near the facility for 0.8 – 1.6 € / per hour, depending on the date of arrival.
The main bus station in Zadar is about 2 kilometers away, or about a 5 minute drive from Apartments Donat.
They are connected by bus lines 2 or 4, which run every 15 minutes. The price of a one-way ticket is 10 kuna (approx. 1.30 €) with luggage included.
